Whether you are starting a new career in real estaterelocating to North Carolina from another state or need to take continuing education classes, we have you covered.  We provide engaging, quality real estate instruction to help you reach your goals.
If you are new to real estate you will need to take and pass the 79-hour Pre-licensing class prior to taking the state exam.

In North Carolina, we are a broker only state, whereas many other states have real estate agents and brokers.

If you are relocating to North Carolina and have been licensed in another state, you have two options for obtaining your license.  You can either apply to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and take the state exam which will allow you to be a full broker or you can apply and receive your license which will provide you a license as a provisional broker.  Then you can take the 90 hours of required Post-Licensing classes  Once you complete those post-licensing courses and pass the tests then your provisional status can be waived, allowing you to hold a full broker license.
If you are looking to take Continuing Education classes, we offer the state required classes as well a state approved 4 hour elective Continuing Education on RPR|Realtors Property Resource.
