Post 302 Contracts and Closing course is one of the three 30- instructional hour courses in the North Carolina mandatory Post-licensing education program.
Effective July 1, 2020, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires that all three (3) Post License courses be completed within 18 months of initial licensure.
The primary objective of these real estate classes is to provide instruction at a level beyond that provided in Pre-licensing courses on topics deemed to be of special importance.

selected basic contract law concepts,
real estate sales contract preparation,
sales contract procedures,
buyer’s due diligence,
Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act,
closing disclosure preparation,
