 RPR Course Review for Dani Bucholtz

Our team of 3 drove from Southern Pines to Charlotte to take this class to learn about the effectiveness of the RPR tool, for a couple reasons.

1.) We wanted CE that sounded interesting, and

2.) We wanted to understand RPR.

We should have taken the class for reason Number 3 and 4!

3.) The RPR tool is something exclusively in the hands of many of the nation’s REALTORs, while online brokerages and less than active agents cannot compete with the relevance we show our customers by working up an RPR in a.) Listing Appointments (GOLD!!), b.) Creating Comps our clients trust, and c.) Creating anything from brochures to property reports for all aspects of our working relationship with buyers and sellers, from open houses to property tour paperwork (throw away that old MLS sheet!!). This class will make you thankful the NAR provides this AMAZING TOOL, and will make you stand above the average agents who are just punching a clock.

4.) Dani is a passionate, ‘infotaining’ instructor who has poured her passion in to the development of the class, keeps current with all the updates and technological advances going in to RPR, and runs an active class, a great hands on learning environment, and has a passion to make us all more relevant in the lives of others. I have been an adult educator of emergency public information for FEMA for 24 years, and I can recognize the skill and work it takes to be an engaging and relevant instructor to people who may just be ‘showing up to get their CE over with’. I would pay for this class just to learn these skills, even if it didn’t qualify for CE, and would take training from Dani anytime and day of the year.
